PDPL-compliant, onshore by design
Telemetry, OCR'd QC forms and bilingual chat logs run on Azure UAE North and Central. National supply-chain data never crosses a border. Target: UAE data governance.

AcceptThe AI Liability Problem
Regulatory enforcement cannot tolerate a model that guesses. Hafiz Al-Ghidha separates the reasoning engine from the execution layer, so every Accept, Hold or Reject label is computed by a deterministic Python rules engine anchored in UAE Federal Law No. 10 of 2015. The AI never decides. It only narrates.

The 3 MECE Principles
Three non-overlapping guarantees a C-suite can hold us accountable to.
Telemetry, OCR'd QC forms and bilingual chat logs run on Azure UAE North and Central. National supply-chain data never crosses a border. Target: UAE data governance.
→ Compliance with Decree-Law 45 / 2021
Time-temperature excursions, sensor anomalies and halal-integrity breaks are evaluated against GSO 150-1/2. Commercial expedite pressure is auto-blocked. Target: MOCCAE and ADAFSA.
→ Federal Law No. 10 of 2015
A wave-based Agentic Gate A/B pipeline writes each decision trace to a MongoDB ledger with a cryptographic hash of the exact rules-engine state. Target: Enterprise AI teams.

Inspection logic
The sensor log is read against the same written rules an inspector applies at the gate. Each rule returns pass or fail with the exact figure behind it. One fail on a critical rule and the consignment does not move.
Consignment JEA-0417
Chilled beef, 12 pallets, Jebel Ali
Released to market. No further inspection required.
Consignment SHJ-2291
Chilled poultry, 8 pallets, Hatta border
Held at the border and condemned. Consignment cannot be sold.
End to end simulation
Six steps run on every consignment, in the same order, every time. The decision is made before the AI writes a single word.
01
Log arrives
Reefer probes, door switches and the driver QC sheet land as one record for the trip.
Source: telematics + scanned form
02
Log is cleaned
Gaps, frozen probes and duplicate readings are flagged before any rule runs. A bad log is never scored as a good one.
Integrity check
03
Rules are applied
Fixed code checks each reading against UAE and GSO limits. The same log always returns the same result.
Rules engine, no model involved
04
Disposition is set
Accept, Hold or Reject, with the failing rule and the figure that caused it.
Accept / Hold / Reject
05
Report is written
The AI writes the inspector note in Arabic and English. It explains the decision, it does not make it.
Bilingual field report
06
Record is locked
Log, rule version and outcome are stored together so any audit can reproduce the call years later.
Immutable ledger entry
Who decides
Written rules, not the model
Steps 3 and 4 run in fixed code. Nothing in that path can be talked out of a result.
Where it runs
Inside UAE borders
Trip data, forms and reports stay on onshore infrastructure from arrival to archive.
What an auditor gets
The full trip, replayable
Every stored record carries the readings, the rule version and the outcome together.
